1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- Project cancellation before any work has started
- Failure to deliver as per agreed scope (determined after mutual review)
- Duplicate or accidental payment
2. Non-refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Work has been completed or partially delivered as per milestone
- Delay or dissatisfaction due to lack of communication or unclear scope from client side
- Third-party integrations fail beyond our control
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at ashvin@digihorizon.in within 7 days of project start or issue detection
- Provide project details and reasons for refund
Refunds will be credited within 7-14 business days after internal verification.
